What do I need to run it?
A phone with a camera for the forecourt. A tablet in the washing bay and a smart TV for the board are handy but optional — any phone, tablet or laptop with a web browser works. There's nothing to install from an app store.
How many staff and cars can I have?
As many as you like. The price is per business — not per user, per car or per wash.
How do I pay?
By card, securely through SumUp, when you sign up. Your account opens the moment the payment goes through, and SumUp emails you the receipt.
What happens when my year is up?
A month before, the app reminds you to renew — one card payment and you're set for another year. Nothing is ever taken automatically. If you don't renew, the app pauses two weeks after your year ends; your data is kept, and renewing switches everything straight back on.
Can I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — it never renews by itself. If you decide not to carry on, simply don't renew.
Is it right for my car wash?
It's made for hand car washes: Wash & Dry, Wash & Hoover and Wash, Hoover & Polish, plus extras like tyre shine. You choose the names and the prices.
I run more than one site. Is that extra?
No — one yearly price covers every site your business runs, and each site gets its own board and its own QR code.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept apart — no other car wash can ever see it. Staff sign in with their own passwords, the TV board never shows money, and customers only ever see their own car.
